I was born and raised in Germany. In 1983 I made the big move to the United States. I have been all over the United States driving a semi-truck back in the early from 2000 to 2013. I have been, I guess could say artist, all my life. Oh, I settled in Oklahoma of all places, again. I became disabled in 2019 with many health issues. So, I started looking for a new hobby and started with pyrography it didn't hold my attention at all. Then I came across a book about chip carving, that was it I have the bug in a bad way (lol). I have carved 2 small 3x3 patterns, the second one came out better. Still not enough practice because I have been watching a ton of videos until I found this website. That was the best thing ever. I am a grandma of 3 awesome grandkids which I am raising two of them. The youngest is going back home with his mom, which is amazing.
