I just finished lesson 3 and I have to say this course is what I have needed for quite a long time. I have been able to see improvement and have learned quite a lot on tip control with the tight curves. I am one of those people who have curves in my initials, especially the “B”. I see lesson 4 has this letter. So I am excited and worried about it at the same time. As long as I focus on what to do with the curves I just might get through it.

That’s really good to hear because, like others, I get chatter when carving letters. So Im looking forward to this course!

I finished Lesson 4!
I am so pleased with the results! I never thought I would ever be able to do the letter “B”. As you can guess it is a letter I definitely need because of my name.
I have learned a better grip on the knife that helps me to achieve better cuts. Not that I was doing incorrectly, but with fine tuning I am improved what I was already doing.
