    I became interested in whittling about a year ago.  I have a few basic knives and recently bought a scroll saw.  I found the Bethlehem Star pattern in Woodcarving Magazine and was intrigued.  I successfully scrolled the star and sat down to carve when I realized I need a little more instruction!   So I  am excited to find this website, hopefully I can use it to learn and grow.  When I know enough to successfully chip carve that Bethlehem Star, I will be tickled pink!
